The official registered business name is System Branchpoint Consulting Co., Ltd. The firm was established in 2016 in Taipei after its founding partners spent years inside neighborhood clinics, field-service crews, and small agencies watching recoveries stall on cash timing and unclear ownership of weekly decisions.
Early work focused on dental and home-care offices near Zhongxiao East Road that needed a practical 90-day plan rather than a long strategy narrative. Word of mouth carried the practice into catering kitchens, tutoring centers, and commercial cleaning firms facing similar patterns: prestige work that did not pay, overdue invoices, and supervisors inventing Friday-night schedules.
